Héctor Fernández Manchado – CEO Turismo Lanzarote

Degree in Labor Sciences (UOC), Diploma in Tourism, Master in Tourism Business Management (ULPGC) and Master in Environmental Tourism Management (Polytechnic University of Madrid), with more than 13 years of academic experience at the University School of Tourism of Lanzarote.

In the field of tourism promotion, he holds the management of the Tourist Board and the Foreign Promotion Society of Lanzarote since December 2006 and May 2007, respectively.

He has also completed doctoral courses, of the Department of Economics and Business Management in the University of Las Palmas, Gran Canarias, where the orientation of the second phase of research and investigation was “Management of tourist destinations”.

Paula Muñoz López – CMO Chief Marketing Officer in Turismo Lanzarote

With almost a decade of training and work experience in the field of destination tourism marketing and promotion, she currently holds the position of Marketing Manager for Turismo Lanzarote. Paula has a degree in Translation and Interpreting, a diploma in Tourism and a master’s degree in Big Data and Business Analytics.

The development of her professional career is linked to the public sector and proactive public-private collaboration, having previously worked for 4 years at the Spanish Tourism Office (Turespaña) in London

She is passionate about the identification of synergies and collaboration that allow diversifying and establishing action links for the commercialization of Lanzarote in European markets

Susana Cordoba – Head of International Trade

Susana is an International Trade Development expert with over 23 years of experience. Her career started back in her native Colombia working for a global NGO and a children’s clothing manufacturer, exporter, and importer. In 2002, she moved to the UK to work for a Blue-chip company and her experience in the UK includes working for two UK Chambers of Commerce, a Regional Development Agency, and a British University.

In 2014, Susana joined the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce as part of a UK Government National Initiative to promote UK exports growth in high growth and emerging markets, and for the past 6 years, she has been heading our award-winning International Trade Department.
